California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
Although OG Feed is not based in California, we do serve customers who reside in California. As such, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and provide California residents with the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information as defined under California law.
We may share limited data — such as IP addresses, device identifiers, and browsing behavior — with advertising and analytics partners like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other third-party services. California law may classify this type of data sharing as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even when no money changes hands.
Your Rights as a California Resident
If you reside in California, you have the right to:
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Request to know what categories and specific personal information we have collected about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a request, including opting out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email us at support@ogfeed.com with the subject line “CCPA Request.” Please include your full name, contact information, and details of your request.
You may also automatically exercise your opt-out rights by using a browser or extension that supports the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Our website recognizes GPC signals and will honor them where technically feasible.
We respond to verified requests within 45 days. You may also appoint an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
