Last updated 01/01/2025

OG Feed (“OG Feed”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and contributors to do the same. It is our policy, at our sole discretion and where appropriate, to remove or disable access to content that infringes copyright and to restrict or terminate access by repeat offenders.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), OG Feed responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported through our website (“Site”).

If you are the copyright owner, an authorized agent of the owner, or are otherwise legally permitted to act under copyright law, you may report suspected infringement occurring on the Site by submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice using the steps outlined below. Upon receipt, we will review the request and take action as we deem appropriate, including removal of the content in question.

How to Submit a DMCA Request

DMCA notices should be sent by email to support@ogfeed.com and must include the following:

  • A sample or screenshot showing the alleged content as displayed on OG Feed
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, including the name of the copyright holder or the entity authorized to act on their behalf
  • An email address that may be shared with the user who posted the material to allow for possible resolution of the dispute
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
  • The specific URL(s) on our Site where the alleged content appears

Important Note

OG Feed is not a California-based or U.S.-incorporated entity, and as such is not legally obligated to comply with the DMCA. However, because copyright is globally recognized and protected, we choose to honor takedown requests in good faith and in support of copyright holders. We are committed to upholding fair standards and removing infringing content when properly notified.
